Firm Overview Our history. Donald A. Semisch founded the firm in 1959 in the living room of the house he shared with his wife and two baby sons. That was 408 North Easton Road, where we still practice today. In 1986 those two sons, Mark R. Semisch and Scot W. Semisch , joined the firm, becoming the general partners in 1996. Donald retired in 2004 and Mark and Scot continue to uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence, integrity, and personal attention. Times have changed since the early years of the firm, when cars were sparse along Easton Road and people knew they could count on the integrity and individual attention of their lawyers—but the Semisch commitment to providing superlative, personal attention to clients has remained the same. What we do. We pride ourselves on taking care of all our clients with full attention to their unique needs. We still make house calls. We make appointments after work hours. We see our job as making your life easier, and making the law understandable in all the areas of law most people ever need. We work to meet our clients’ legal needs in a context of trust and reassurance. We see to it that clients’ assets are protected, businesses are empowered to succeed, and family legal matters are resolved

How we are different. At large firms, individuals can sometimes feel the lawyers’ needs come before their own. Not with Semisch Law Offices. Our small, dedicated firm allows you to reach us when you need us, schedule convenient appointments without long waits, and know who is going to bat for you. In the warm, private atmosphere of the Easton Road office which was once our childhood home, we take our time to completely understand your needs and goals and craft a solution to meet them. Count on us to take care of you individually and expeditiously.
